"My mom was a first-time dog momma when I came to live with her. My mom was nervous and anxious about me, so she searched online for help and there she found Basia!
Basia is a pro and helped my mom understand and learn more about being a mom to silly, energetic me :).
Basia quickly got to know me when I came to spend a weekend and then a week of training with her.
I am now almost 5 years old and my mom knows if she has questions, she can reach out to Basia for help. My mom and grandma really love Basia as they know whenever I stay with her I am well taken care of and loved.
Basia and I have fun making videos and sending them to my mom and grandma when they are away. We are very grateful to have met Basia."

"Basia's house is pretty much my summer camp! I get to run around, chase balls with my friends, and take long naps in the air conditioning or outside in the heat, where I like to sunbathe.
I always feel safe and at home here!

"I can't wait to go to Basia's for doggy daycare and staycations! Mom hardly gets the door open for me, and I'm ready to rumble. Not only do I see my besties, but Basia plays with us. (This pic is of me and my ULTRA-Bestie, Cali! I’m on the right; she’s on the left.)
She has really cool yard structures to play on and chase my besties around. Plus the balls: oh my gosh- - little ones, big ones! They are fun to chase and retrieve.

"My name is Pumpkin, and I want to tell you about one of my favorite humans, Basia at Marin Pet Care Pros.
Before I met Basia, my life was very different. I was a breeder dog. I spent my years just having puppies. I never knew what it felt like to be a regular family dog. I did not know how to play with other dogs. I did not know how to share toys. Honestly, the world was a very scary, loud place, and I was incredibly timid.
Then, my human adopted me. And then, she introduced me to Basia.
Going to Marin Pet Care Pros changed my life. Basia understood that I needed extra patience and gentle love. She created a safe space where I could watch the other dogs. Slowly, with her encouragement, I started stepping out of my shell.
Now? I am a totally new dog! I learned how to play tag. I learned how to share toys. Most importantly, I learned how to let humans love me. The other dogs at Basia's house became my teachers and my friends.
Whenever my human packs my bags to stay with Basia, I get so happy. I wag my whole body! To be totally honest, I love being at Marin Pet Care Pros just as much as I love being at home (don't tell my human, she gets a little jealous!).
Basia didn't just board me; she helped me grow up into the happy, confident dog I was always meant to be.

"WOOF! My name is Paco and I am a silly Golden Retriever, which means my 3 favorite things in the world are tennis balls, treats, and playing with some canine friends, and Marin Pet Care Pros gives me all those things every time I go!
I’ve stayed for short daytime visits before, but this time my people went on a trip for a WHOLE WEEK and I got to stay overnight!! I was a little nervous at first (new bed! new smells!) but Basia took care of me like I was her own dog.
She remembered that I like my head scratched a certain way and made sure I always had water and ate all my kibble at breakfast and dinner time.
I made so many friends to zoom around with in the yard, there was never a boring moment, and by the end of every day I was the happiest, sleepiest boy around.
When my parents finally picked me up I gave them a big hello, but part of me wanted to stay and keeping playing!
If you are a dog, or if you know a dog, tell your humans to bring you to Marin Pet Care Pros. Five paws out of five. Would nap there again.

"I really love when I board at Basia's house. I love all the other dogs there, but what I love most is the human attention.

"It’s official, Marin Pet Care Pros is paws down my favorite place to hang out! I get anxious when I’m not with my family, so I get to play at Basia’s whenever my family can’t bring me with them. My mom knows I love Basia’s so much that she lets me go every week.
I get to play all day long with the other pups. Basia always has something new for us to explore or fun games to play with each other. I never get bored, and I love playing with the other pups.
When I get back home, I am so tired and happy from a full day of running with my friends.
Basia always gives me lots of attention and love when I’m with her. She makes sure I only eat the approved items on my special diet. I even get to sleep on her bed right next to her!
All my mom has to do is say Basia’s name and I stop everything and race to the front door!

"Woof! I love coming to MPCP to spend time with all my doggy friends.
As a smaller dog, it's important that I be comfortable around larger dogs. At MPCP I get to socialize with many different breeds, and this allows me to not be scared when I meet those bigger dogs in my everyday life.

"I'm Scottie! I have been coming to Basia’s MPCP aka Doggy Disneyland since I was 9 months old.
I wasn’t exactly happy about it at first (I can be a little reserved initially), but it all changed very quickly. There were lots of dogs, big and small, frolicking everywhere, in the house and outside.
I love to play - - sometimes too much… I never have trouble finding someone to wrestle and run with.
Basia sends pictures to my Mom so she can see how much fun I am having.
I do get tired and when Basia’s says it’s time to nap, I am grateful that we all nap together on Basia’s bed. I know for a fact my Mom would not let me nap with all my besties on her bed.
That is just one of many reasons I love my days and sleepovers at Basia’s Doggy Disneyland.
She is the best!!!"

"My parents have been sending me to daycare at Marin Pet Care Pros since I was a tiny little pup. I was really shy and timid at first, but mom and dad have said that daycare with Basia has been essential to my socialization and has increased my confidence since I‘m able to meet new dog friends in a safe environment.
I love going to daycare, because I play with my best dog friends all day and Basia is my favorite human besides my parents.
We even make videos to send to my parents so they know I’m having a great time.
Sometimes mom and dad go on vacation without me, and I get to hang out with Basia and friends even more!"

"I know when my family puts on my pink collar that means one thing: GOING TO BASIA'S AT MPCP!!!
I get so excited, because I get to see my friends and play. I mean, I love my family, but they can be so boring! At MPCP I get to have so much fun.
And...Basia knows I can't have any poultry os she makes sure that there isn't anything that I'm allergic to when I'm there.
I go for doggie daycare, and, when my family travels, I get my own vacation at MPCP.
My parents know I'm happy, because Basia sends them lots of pictures of me playing and napping.

"My mom and dad say I’m a quirky and particular guy, but boy do I love being at Basia’s!
I get to laze around in the sun, watch the other dogs play fletch, and choose my very own bed for sleeping at night.
I even model for lots of photos for my parents while they’re away to let them know I’m having a great time!!
Can’t wait for my next staycation at Basia’s!

"MPCP is my happy place! My tail starts wagging before we even get there. I see that corner and BOOM, full sled‑dog mode. Why walk anywhere else when paradise is literally right down the street from me?!
Once I’m inside? Bliss. Ball. Friends. Zoomies. Then more ball because I am a serious athlete, fetch professionally, and am currently awaiting my jersey.
And the sleepovers? Oh yes. Sometimes a dog needs a little “me time” away from the humans. Nothing personal. Just vibes, snacks, and synchronized snoring with my best buddies.
I love MPCP with my whole furry soul. 10/10. Would drag my humans there daily.

Whenever mom and dad head to the East Coast to visit family, they swap my usual foggy San Francisco sidewalks for the ultimate country staycation.
As much as I love home and chasing friends at Dolores Park, escaping the city to see Basia and her team is the absolute best.
I get to play hard with my doggy friends and come home to my parents happily wiped out.

"I'm Sam and I've been spending a couple of days a week with Marin Pet Care Pros since I was 10 months old...I loooooove my days with Basia!
People say I'm a sensitive pup, but Basia gets me. I'm a big guy and I love to play, but sometimes new things can be scary for me. It takes me a while to warm up, but that's ok because at MPCP all of the dogs can go at their own pace.
I love to run and get my zoomies out with my friends and we even get treats. It's so much better than staying home with my cat brothers, and this way I stay out of mischief. I'm a cuddler and Basia gives good cuddles.
Basia tells my mom about things I need to practice, like how to take treats gently. I take a nap when I go to her house, but I'm still good and tired when I get home. And sometimes I even have sleepovers!"
